Words can’t express how happy I am after my hair is finally done.She was able to squeeze me in last minute and her professionalism was amazing. Overal...l Cris made the experience worthwhile. She is very knowledgeable about the hair she provides, products used, and the process. From start to finish she kept me updated throughout each step. Hair quality/styling: 5 out of 5 for initial instillation. The texture blended perfectly with my natural hair. It was prepped prior to my arrival, flat installation, and layered and curled to perfection. Hair Products: 5 out of 5 for installation and will only come back to Cris for touch up and styling. The products from her line are light weight, not harsh (because I have sensitive scalp), and provide a finishing touch to the entire style. Pricing: You pay for what you get! Cris has reasonable pricing for her high quality hair and hard work she put into installing my I-tips. I will definitely be back and recommending my family and friends. Show more

If I could give this business zero stars then I would. I made an appointment for an online consultation. I never received a link and when the day came... I tried to call the number listed in their page and it rang and rang and no one called me back. They took $45 from me and I haven’t heard from them at all. I feel like I got scammed! Show more

From just my consult, Crismayri was so kind and patient with all of the questions I had. The day of my appointment, she recommended me ideas that made... my hair come out better than I had imagined. When she was installing my hair , she would pause and take time to think about her next steps meaning she really cares about her work guys!!! She took her time and did not rush at all which is important to me. One thing that stuck to me was her words , "You're not leaving here until we are BOTH satisfied with the work" There are many hairstylists that don't care how the hair blends or how it comes out , but Crismayri really takes pride in her work. This was my first time with her but definitely not my last. Not to mention she was the sweetest and funniest during the appointment haha! Show more

I’ve been getting extensions for the past 4 years, ktips specifically. Cris was very attentive during my consultation and suggested an alternative ext...ension style for my type of thin hair. She was very delicate and careful installing and styling my hair. Moving from nyc to dc, it’s been difficult finding a good extension hairstylist that specializes in minority hair and I’m very happy to have found one locally. I’ll be back for sure. Show more

During my consultation, Cris was telling me how it’s not noticeable and painless as well! so, i gave it a try I did a dark brown coloring on my whole head with ktips i love it so much. it was pain free it blended so nice since i had super fine hair, last up to 3 months as well. she’s the only person i trust with my hair and the only person who gets it right every single time.
