JT did an amazing job! This was my first time doing any bodywork/recovery. It was painful but he was professional and did a great job of walking me th...rough the entire process which made it much easier. Service provided at home which makes it convenient. My first body work session with JT was a dream! We talked about problem areas before the session and decided what to focus on. He explained to me whi...le doing certain movements how they would help me and was knowledgeable on using bodywork for recovery, especially those who lift. JT is on time, professional, does super solid bodywork and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this for your day of self care! Show more
