If I need to reconfirm a style I will message you thru the app. For highlight color, please make a note of that as well for inventory purposes. Your hair will need to be freshly shampoo and dried prior to your appointment if you are only choosing a new installation. If you arrive with unwashed dirty hair; the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please be respectful of this request as I will not provide services on dirty hair. To reschedule, a second deposit is required (No Exceptions). Also your hair length is very important for a secure foundation; it needs to be 4in long to cornrow.
