Straight Back Two Cornrows And Stitch

My appointment was for 4pm. I called at 3:25 to advise that I might be 10 mins late and to see if that was ok. I was told that she'd just started anot...her clients hair that would take a few hours and that she hadn't gotten the notification for my appointment. I told her I would come after that clien if I had to but I needed it done tonight because Im going out of town in the morning. She said she'd let me know when she was almost done so that I could come. I got the text at 7:26pm. Got there at 8:08pm. She seemed tired & didn't really speak much which was understandable. I was also tired. So much so that once she was done I paid, tipped, got out of there & I didn't really get a thorough look at my hair until I got home. I'm not satisfied with the result and doubt I'll be scheduling with this braider again. I will say that the place was clean & maybe it would've been a different experience had it been done earlier in the day. I've added the picture that I provided of what I asked for vs what I received (I'm in the pink shirt). Show more

Her place of business is extra clean. She's very professional very friendly and I really cannot wait to get my next hairstyle already it was worth every $$ I spent.
