Hailee today went over and beyond helping me understand and learn more about my super curly/wavy hair. I am so happy with my whole experience today. ...I had called and scheduled an appointment for a hair trim because my hair has been driving me crazy with split ends and frizziness. I also did not understand/know much about my hair and how to take care of it well and was not taught about it when I was younger. I explained my concerns and asked questions about my hair and the dryness I had been experiencing along with some other issues. Hailee was very informative and explained things to me to where I could understand. She offered and stayed past my regular appointment time to walk me through a routine of how to take care of my curly/wavy hair with different products to make it healthy again. She is pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about different hair and how to treat it. I came away from my appointment so happy with the result and excited to start my hair care routine at home. I booked with Hailee for the first time and was really excited as I was new to the area. I made an appointment for 9:30 and wasn’t seen til after 10, ...I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in, at my appointment time, or as the time continued to pass even though I was the only person in the waiting area. I tried to be understanding and brush it off, and told her I wanted the barest trim possible since I’m growing my hair out for my wedding. In my mind, that translates to a half inch MAX. It felt shorter than I expected, but again I didn’t want to cause drama and went home. After touching up my hair at home I knew it was way shorter than I had wanted and I was fully upset by that point. When I reached out for a refund due to the appointment being over a half hour late and my wishes being disregarded on the length, Hailee was condescending, rude, and even admitted that she cut a whole inch and a half. Would not recommend based on a total lack of basic customer service skills. Show more

Again, as I said in our conversation before when you messaged me on Facebook 2 hours after you left the salon, we have never met, I had no idea what you looked like, you never said a word or said who you were there for. I apologized for the wait time due to me working over on another client unexpectedly and you assured me it was not a big deal, acting very understanding, and had me continue with the service. As a professional, we are taught that a trim is 1-2 inches depending on the health of the hair. If you were dissatisfied with the wait time or the length, you should have voiced that while you were still at the salon. Instead, you paid me WITH a tip and waited 2 hours after leaving the salon to send me a Facebook message requesting a refund. I apologized ONCE AGAIN and even offered a discounted service in the future. Again, I apologize for making you feel that way. Have a wonderful rest of your evening.
