Extremely unprofessional. I arrived with my son and anticipated paying the rate quoted on the app. She takes one look at my son and decides to charge ...a different rate. My father is 6'4" and my children's father is 6'2". Naturally i have very tall children. Despite his literal age and the preconceived notion I was paying a rate based on age and not height, i was very disappointed that upon arrival I was quoted a different price. If this where any other time it wouldn't be that big of a deal... but the day before my children start school is absolutely ridiculous and cruel. I always try and patronize businesses of color but unfortunately people like this make it extremely hard at times. I wouldn't recommended this barber to an enemy. Please beware if you have a tall child they may not qualify for the kids rate because rates are apparently based on her assessment and not their DOB. Show more
