Honestly I do not like my hair at all. What so ever ! I got in for my appointment at 3pm and I was done by 5:30pm that fast , but it’s not quality as ...there was 5 people on my head & my braids are not even or even braided down all the way to ends. I went to them in the past because they did good braids and it lasted long. Now I think they are in the a rush and my braids have lumps in the from one person starting the braids and the other person finishing the braids. They have gone down the drain. I won’t be returning and truly waisted my hard earned money because I absolutely hate my hair fr. I know y’all prolly tire d and want to go home but there should not be 5 people on one head because the braids become in consist and all of you don’t line up your length because you all braid differently. **Review for Nourah Hair Braid** I scheduled an appointment at Nourah Hair Braid for 9 AM and arrived promptly. I asked the owner if she could braid ...my hair using human hair, and she confirmed that she could. I then drove 40 minutes to a beauty supply store to purchase the hair. Upon returning, she informed me that she couldn’t use the human hair after all, forcing me to settle for regular braiding hair. I requested mid-back length braids, but the front of my hair ended up at mid-back length while the back was only bra-length. I pointed out the discrepancy as she was braiding the back, asking her three times to make it longer. She assured me she would fix it, but once she finished, it was clear she hadn’t listened. The entire experience was frustrating. She was rude, didn’t listen to my requests, and was rough, causing discomfort throughout the process. After a 30-minute debate, she offered to fix the uneven length for an additional $50, which I refused. After another 20 minutes of back-and-forth, she finally agreed to fix it without charging extra. While the braids were small and neat, the customer service was terrible. I don’t recommend Nourah Hair Braid due to the unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Show more

Not the most professional experience. It’s not really a clean environment, some people were walking around with no shoes, and they were very loud yell...ing at each other across the room during the entire appointment. There were 2 ladies that braided my hair. One had a small baby, so there were a lot of stops to tend to the child. It also states on here “$300+” for small boho braids, not a helpful indication of the real price. When I sat down in the chair I was told my total was $420 and I purchased my own boho hair by the way, the braiding hair they provided. There should be more price transparency so customers aren’t blindsided. Overall, my hair did turn out nice. They started on my hair at about 9:30/10:00am and I was done by around 4pm. Show more

They have 3-4 people on your head, so it’s fast, but not quality work. They did very little clipping if the stray ends, so when I washed my hair , it ...started looking a mess! The curly hair is falling out left and right! Just not good! Would not recommend! I won’t return. Show more

I used to consider them top-tier when it comes to braiding. However, it is not the same. I've been going for years. I love that they always help one a...nother, but it was too much for me. I had 5 people at one point, and it was extremely uncomfortable. Everyone pulling in different directions, and they do not all braid the same. I repeatedly stated that and was met with an attitude. One lady apologized. I had to fight to keep my edges out. They are mostly nice. The shop is extremely unclean. Not just hair everywhere, which is normal, but dirty countertops, mirrors, and combs nasty. I didn't see a jar of barbicide anywhere. Do with that information what you will. Another issue is the price. The knotless says $250 on the booking site. There are no details on the site. $250 means midback with your own hair. Their hair is another $30, and if you want it blended (literally putting 2 colors together), that's another $70. The hair is stiff and gets tangled easily. I would suggest bringing your own hair and combs that have the silver pointy tip. The constant yelling over me to each other was beyond annoying. I should've worn a mask because COVID is coming back. Thank God I didn't have to use the restroom. I'm sure that was dirty too. They never answer the phone or respond to text messages, so just show up as a walk in around 9:30. Show more

I text and email and let them know I’m going to be late for my appointment when I got there she had a walkin in my spot. And they didn’t do my hair. I... arrive a hours late i made there at 10 my appt was for 9 i also let u kno i going to be late but that ok i found a shop on 3778 w 79 st they did a good job she start on my hair at 11:30 got done at 5:30 one person was on my head the whole time but thank again but no thank Show more

I made my appointment on Booksy January 10 for February 4 at 9am . The ladies were 45 mins late . They overbooked so told me to come back at 3pm . To...ok a lady that made an appointment the day before in front of me . I can back at 3 nowhere near done and ask me to come back next or wait . Been going to them for 2 yrs this was an inconvenience and wasted my gas twice to not even receive service . Highly upset and unprofessional. Show more

This place is a scam! I booked my appointment for boho knotless braids 2weeks prior on Booksy. I had a few questions about what hair I needed because ...her instagram page states she does not provide the hair but there is pictures and videos with hair for purchase. So I reached out via text, instagram and the number provided on her page for clarity and absolute CRICKETS!. I decided just to purchase the boho hair and showed up for my appointment which was at 9am the next day. Mind you I stay almost an hr away so I had to be up early. I pulled up and there is no signage on the building and it looks abandoned. I waited for 30 minutes and still no one came. Please do not book. It’s a waste of time energy and gas! Show more
