Quite a few communication issues. My appointment was at 1pm, driving into town for it I received a text asking if I could come at 5pm instead, 4 hours... later after original scheduled time. I was driving and couldn’t respond immediately but when I did, 30 mins later I never received a response back when I responded. I even tried to confirm again and hour later to no avail. I showed up to the new appointment time and was told “I didn’t know you were coming because you didn’t respond and I’m getting ready to leave”. I responded and texted a few times but received no response. I was serviced anyway and I sent pictures of the style I wanted to confirm she could do the style. I told her I like to pull it up into a ponytail so a versatile braid pattern that allows for it is what I’d like as a base. I bought hair in the length that I wanted, 18in, but the hair was cut without my knowledge leaving me with an above the shoulder length style. At completion I said I didn’t know we were cutting the hair and was by offered a $20 discount. Also told her the hair was pre-looped for use so no need to cut it. The hair I had was reusable but now ruined. I didn’t know I needed to specify not to cut it. I felt the service was slightly rushed due to the communication. I missed my own event due to my appoint being pushed. I wasn’t pleased with the look/length so I went home and cut it out. Show more

Thank you so much on your feedback! I truly do apologize you felt that way and due to the lack of communication we had. However, I had a client that booked for that same day also for a 10am appointment. I was reaching out to you to push the time back due to me going over. I apologize I didn’t get any response back on my end. I just wished you would have called my phone when you didn’t get a response back, but we both went wrong on that part and that’s okay! I gave you $20 off due to me having to push the time back and for the inconvenience. I truly was still glad to assist you on your hair service. I also see that you said you felt I rushed your hair service. I will never find it in my heart to rush anyone’s hair. Crochet styles really don’t take that long and I can see why you may have felt it was rushed. You also said that I cut your crochet hair in half and I didn’t, the crochet hair was so closed together I didn’t recognize it came 18” inches long. Again I do apologize for the lack of communication and take full accountability on my end. I also hope you can find it in your heart that I didn’t mean any harm in no way shape or form. I will also be glad to offer you half off your next service for any other inconvenience or concerns that you may have just to show you that my customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
