Id give 0 stars if i could . Well for starters…..my baby appointment was for 3:30 we walked in and she had a client in the chair she told me give her ...30 minutes okay fine 30 turned into 1 hr 1 hr turned into 2 hrs 2 hrs turned into 3 hrs 3 hrs turned into 3 hrs and 30 mins ! She didnt get in the chair until 6:30pm ! So 3hrs and 30 minutes of waiting . We waited in the car came back inside …she didnt apologize or anything ! At this point i had nothing to say to her , she asked my daughter all the questions EL OH EL . Okay , so then she starts braiding but shes not adding any hair so im trying to get an understanding why shes not ….shes talking with an attitude as if i made HER WAIT 3 hrs almost 4 😂😂😂 ! Okay, so i let her continue to do her hair , shes not good with kids at all . Like why are you telling her to put her head straight , turn the side , put her head down in that tone ….it took everything in me not to act up honestly….then i see her shaking her head when shes telling her put her head a certain way . Long story short i wont be back EVER IN LIFE 😂😂 First and LAST . For $150 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 not to mention she gets in fb under my post saying this and that but said nothing in person idiot Show more

Appointment never happened bad communication. Address wasn’t correct. Went to the Hwy 6 location. She’s not there. I just so happened to get on fb and... see a different address, I send her a message no reply. I asked her to call me that never happened. Mine you my appointment was for 10am. I drive to the other location I state that I’m here what’s the suite. No reply, this is at 10:20. I message her again hello. She responds just wait in your car I’ll be there in a few. I said okay that few turned into 1 hour and 30. I message her and tell her I’m leaving. No response no I’m sorry just unprofessional. I try to help new and up coming stylist. I will never book with her again. I drove 45 Milton Hwy 60 so FRy ex made my trip a hour away. Like I stated I don’t check messenger like that. Confirmation should have been sent a day before not an hour or so before then you sent the confirmation at 8:30 not 8 AM.. I already have a stylist so you could have a good luck with your business. I have a stylist that communicates with me very well. If things change I know day before at least you would text my phone. I asked you to call me you didn’t even do that. If you would’ve stated that my appointment was going to be canceled after 25 minutes. I would’ve never drove to the fry location. Show more

Good afternoon ma’am , your appointment was at 10 , you were contacted to confirm your 10am appointment and were given the address at 8 am 2 hours before you’re appointment. You failed to confirm or respond until your scheduled appointment time . . I apologize for the inconvenience of having to drive to another address but the location was given well before your scheduled appointment. After 25 mins your appointment is cancelled and this appointment was not an exception to my rules . So sorry we weren’t able to meet again and I wish you the best in finding the right stylist for you .
