I apologize for the inconvenience. I always strive to attend to my clients on time. However, your daughter arrived unprepared for her appointment. She had product buildup in her hair, which required me to perform a shampoo service, followed by a blow dry and flat ironing to achieve excellent results. I take pride in my work, and since this was your second visit, it was important to me to continue providing great service.
