I was hoping to write a good review, however I am yet to actually get my appointment done. I booked an appointment on December 22 as I was in the area.... I waited and waited some more for the nail technician (Samantha), however she was not able to return to her place of business on time and asked if I could wait for some additional time. At that point I could not and told Samantha that I could return the following day at the same time. We both agreed to that time and even went ahead and told her I could come in earlier that the agreed time. In addition to that, I went ahead and told her to cancel the appointment on her end so that the deposit paid could be refunded as there was no way for me to do that. She didn't cancel and my deposit wasn't return. On the day of the reschedule appointment, she called to say she's not available at that time and wouldn't be available until after Christmas and asked if I could come in later which I couldn't. I told her that I can come after the holidays but I can't at this point and she haven't even gotten back to me. If I could give a 0 star ratings I would. There's no regards for the clients time, no integrity and a major lack of communication and honoring agreements. This was supposed to be my birthday nails and due to the constant cancellation and everything, I won't be able to even reschedule. When you a chance please refund the deposit paid. Thanks. Show more

I had a pedicure scheduled for 9:30 am & a full set right after. I got to the shop a few minutes after 9:30 am to see her with a client still. Now I d...idn’t mind because I thought she was almost finished. I didn’t get seated in the pedicure chair until well after 10 am. I had been waiting for almost close to an hour to be serviced. Then with the pedicure I’ve had better pedicures for better prices. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my toenails cut down. They were just filed down & some look a little odd. Now I do like how my full set came out. However, she cut my cuticles down too much causing pain when applying alcohol. Also, caused one of my pinkies to bleed a little. Most likely going to have to get some neosporin to apply to my cuticles. Lastly, I paid a $20 deposit & paid $110 in person. I honestly believe that for the time I spent waiting to get serviced, the pedicure chair set up, & the basic design I asked for was not worth the price I paid. Samaitha one thing I don’t do is lie. My cuticles are literally sore from you cutting too low. You asked me if if it hurt after I flinched & I told you yes. Instead of doing it differently you continued. I booked for a pedicure with POLISH. Your booking site did not specify gel. You need to be more clear with your offerings. Also, if all you had was gel polish then you should’ve said that. I wouldn’t have mind if you said that or at least asked if I wanted it with gel. Your pedicure chair had the plastic tops that cover the aluminum foil pans in it. Never have I ever experienced anything as tacky as that especially after waiting almost a whole HOUR to get serviced. Hopefully you learn how to be professional & on time when dealing with clients or have better communication. Thank God I didn’t have anything important to do & I really needed my nails done. For u to take the time out and lying on my Business is sickening but carry on . You guys really need to take a trip to the nail supply store to see what we nail tech Have to go through with buying Quality products and u got a full set and a gel pedi and u complaining about the price is crazy. Have a good one Im glad u like ur nails.
