This was my second appointment with Krystal however it was extremely awkward because my first appointment which was a full set completely fell apart. ...My nails lifted after a week and my polish peeled off. I paid over 100.00 and gave her a good tip so when I called the receptionist Olga who was very kind, I asked her to compensate me which she did. My second appointment was free of charge but the nail tech was not happy. I was expecting her to acknowledge what occurred and to at least apologize or take this as a learning experience but she sat there with attitude. My advice to her would be do not take this personal but embrace your mistakes and learn from them. Keep in mind you did get tipped for your services. Going forward I will not be returning. My time and money are valuable and I don’t need to have a nail technician full of attitude and not appreciate the tip I gave her from my visit!!! Show more

Anabel, we have the entire thread of your conversation with us on instagram. The nail technician advised you to get a new set because you had a set from a previous salon It was lifting and you needed a new set. You refused and you insisted a fill on your old set. We offered you a complimentary service but again you refused and harassed us and threatened us nonstop.

The studio is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming! They offered water while we waited and were quick with their services, but not rushed. My sis...ter's nails came out amazing and she was very happy. I'm always paranoid about hygiene so it was refreshing to see how clean the place is. Definitely will be coming back with friends!
