This was the 2nd consecutive appointment for which she was considerably LATE with no prior communication. I had to pull on the LOCKED salon door handl...es to know that she wasn't there for my appointment. I had to place the call to find out why she wasn't there and when she expected to arrive. When she did show up, there was no apology, she just walked past me (on the phone, didn't even acknowledge her waiting client), unlocked the door and went it. Her work is decent, but her customer service is NOT up to par. For her prices, i expect both to be stellar. Show more

Michelle, i have done your hair ONE TIME‼️ This is the 2nd time I have done your Fiancé son hair. I should have politely cancelled you. Your energy the entire time you set in my Chair was nasty. Due to the fact of you getting a style that your fiancé wanted you to have. I communicated with your Fiancé about his son appointment. You booked him for a retwist which takes abt 45 minutes to do. I also styled him. I had an emergency with my son who has Congestive heart failure. I should have canceled him all together. But I proceeded to come back and do his hair. I wish I could upload the messages from me and you & also your fiancé. I communicate well. It’s not my fault you decided to Get a style you wasn’t ready for. You have A Nice Day.

The atmosphere was nice. Ashley was very professional. My sons hair looked very nice, clean and healthy. Although my son is very tender headed, Ashley... made him very comfortable.
