Big knotless braids/Twists

Rescheduled my appt on the app with plenty of time in advance, to then be told only 2.5 hours before my appt that she wasn’t able to accommodate the r...escheduled time. She also informed she doesn’t work on the weekends so she chose not to reply to my text message. No genuine apology whatsoever, she sent a voice note with an uncaring ‘wish I could help’ at the end of her message. I requested a refund for the deposit and still nothing. If you book on the app don’t expect the appt to be honored. And in response to her reply, it was not a squeeze in appt, don’t allow clients to book on Booksy if you can’t keep up with it. She had a few days to let me know and chose not to. Definitely won’t book with anyone like her. Show more
