First off I had the worse experience ever my appointment was at 8am to get some Boho Knotless braids the braiders didn’t show up until 45 mins later o...k moving rite along I walk in sit in the chair they ask me what I was getting I showed them the picture off RABY IG PAGE then they ask me did RABY text me to get my OWN HAIR girl didn’t nobody text me about getting no hair so she go on to say I can go to Walmart or beauty supply store around the corner to get some hair girl I live a hour away from here this is unfamiliar territory for me but anyway I leave go buy the hair come back it’s a 3rd braided in there saying I bought the wrong hair that’s not gonna work I ask the the other 2 girls before I left what brand do they prefer they go own to say whatever brand I like so I said ok anyway back to the girl saying I got the wrong hair I told her they don’t sell the brand your talking about so this will have to do so we get started and I must say when they finished I absolutely loved my hair I just wish there where more organized this is a business Show more

We are very sorry to hear that you received a bad experience. But I think it was just a misunderstanding. You clearly mentioned that you show them my instagram, which mean you are familiar with my page. It it is clearly written on the bio that we don’t provide the curly hair, and we also mentioned what brand of curly hair do we recommend. But I am glad to hear that you love your hair which means they gave you what you ask for.. again we are very sorry about it. We will communicatel better next time

Unfortunately, my past appointment never happened. I booked and confirmed my appointment for Friday 6/14/24 at 8:15am. i arrived early, so the door be...ing locked didn't concern me at first. But after 15 minutes past my appointment time i called and left a voicemail only to get a call back saying she had an emergency and her other braider will be there soon and will start on the back of my head and she will be in to finish it. I declined this offer because my experience from my previous appointment with said braider left me dissatisfied. I told her i will come back when she gets to the shop. She agreed to this, but it is now the next day and i have not heard back from her. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. Show more

1. I had a 9am appointment. No one was at the shop when I arrived. I called the number on the site, whoever answered, after the 2nd time I called, sai...d "I'm coming"... no estimated time of arrival or nothing. They finally showed up about 9:10. 2. My appointment did not begin until about 1 hr 30 mins after the time I booked. 3. I had a VERY important, milestone event to go to, that was changed at the last minute and the ONLY reason I did not cancel my appointment was because I was assured MULTIPLE times that the process of doing my hair "wouldn't take that long"... 4 hours max because I had 2 braiders working at once, which was no problem cause I could have still made the event... The appointment lasted for 8 hours. 4. My small braids are Micro 5. One of braiders talked loudly, while doing my hair for AT LEAST 7 hours straight.... NONSTOP (I would say 8 hours but once the owner arrived, the excessive talking stopped) 6. MY purse was sitting in a chair in front of me, the other braider that was doing my hair, placed HER phone IN MY PURSE... on top of the snacks that I had in my purse, to use it as a PROP, to talk on facetime for about 10 mins... DISRESPECTFUL... and disgusting, considering I hate germs. 7. I wanted a longer boho bob because my hair is not short. I stated multiple times to basically focus on the length of my hair and not the length of a typical bob..... the owner, who NEVER SAW my real hair, cut the bob with NO consideration for the length of my hair. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Needless to say, that was my 1st and LAST appointment... Show more

They did an amazing job on my hair! It was my first time visiting and I booked the night before but they started as soon as I got there! Did take long...er than the 4 hours but I didn’t mind honestly because I’ve gotten my hair done in knotless plenty of times and knew what to expect. This will definitely be my new spot for knotless braids. Show more

Raby has been braiding my hair for years and I love her work. I went in yesterday to get what I thought would be individual twist just to find out it ...wasn’t happening. I settled for regular knotless (because I needed my hair done and I like those). Raby had 2 braiders to do my hair. They both did a great job on my hair. One braided did both sides and was done by 730, the other braided had the back and didn’t finish until a little after 9pm. On top of that, she doesn’t use words to communicate how your head needs to be turned. She pushes your head instead. I had to turn around after she did that 2 many times. End result, I prefer Raby braiding my hair. I would go back because I’ve going for years. Maybe I’m just spoiled with Raby! Show more

My braids so far came out great! Love them! The braiders were nice, but can use some customer service training. Scheduled at 10-5. I was on time howev...er the braiders were a couple of minutes late with no apology. Then had to wait while they prepped both braided hair they provided and the curly hair I brought. They did not take a break and they finished at 7 instead of 5. As far as the braids only negative I had is that they braid extremely tight. Even with me flinching and making noise they still proceeded to braid to tight and said sorry. This should be addressed. Other than that I would recommend just make sure to let them know how you feel. Establishment was clean and I was the only person there. I guess because it was Sunday. Show more

I made an appt. with Raby to braid my hair however when I arrived she started my hair and then had another girl come to braid my hair. I asked her why... shes not doing it. She replied oh shes good too. How would I know that if I only saw Raby's work. Afterall I had made an appt with her only. So the girl continued to braid my hair.. dropping the hair all on the floor picking it up then using in my head. Strike 1 then the girl stops braiding my hair to go fix her some food an hr after shes started.. Sits down to eat.. Raby comes to me and ask if I mind if she eats shes hungry? Yes I mind I told her.. she laughed and walked off. Now its a new lady braiding my hair and she was soo rude.. While starting to braid my hair she drops the unused hair on the floor. I said u dropped the hair. She goes oh ill pick it up. The hair stayed on the floor for at least 30 mins. I guess she was waiting til she needed it.. Fast forward I'm almost done. Raby comes back over to me looking at my hair she then said she didnt like it and proceeds to take down the top braids..and braids them over. Im like why didnt she just continue to do it from the jump. After sitting there for over 5 hrs. I am now leaving late for my appt. I had. And I dont like my hair:((( Worst experience Ever!! I do not like this hair. I get home and my kids are laughing at me. Mom is your done? I contacted Raby back and let her know my concerns, she agreed to redo the top. But I would need to purchase more hair which is an additional $50 on top of what I already PAID! The day of my appt. I called Raby to ask if I could get a different type of brand. She immediately sent me to voice-mail. Then a text comes in from Raby saying she was just involved in a car accident and wasn't gonna make it to the shop. WOW! I replyed omg are u ok? No reply.. an hour later I texted again asking if we could reschedule. No response. I'm on instagram later that evening and who do i see braiding hair? Raby and friends. The same time I was scheduled to come in. I am so over this. As a Business owner I trusted her to keep her word and rectify the problem. I was a NEW customer.. Good customer service is VERY important I will never return back nor recommend anyone to use her services. I paid $300 for something im NOT happy with. A waste of my hard earned money and time.
