I don’t know where to begin! Anthony was so professional & kind from the beginning, such a warm & welcoming soul! I wanted to do a big chop & I showed... him the cut I had in mind. He asked questions about my reasoning behind doing this drastic change & it so easy to talk to him. I honestly think he did way better than the inspiration photo I showed him, I freaking love this cut 😍😍!! I can’t thank him enough for blessing my hair with his gifted hands. He gave me tips on maintaining the health of my hair and how to reduce heat exposure. I’ve fallen in love with my hair all over again & I can’t put a price on that! I got a sew in for the first time for my birthday. I tried contacting a week before my appointment to inquire about needing to blow my hair out or no...t, I didn’t get a response until an hour before my appointment. My hair was not the right color and did not blend with my real hair which is on me because I did pick up my own hair. The leave out was barely to none and you can see the tracks underneath. I even told him the tracks were showing and he told me I was combing it wrong and needed to refresh my leave out and it would be better. I did that and the tracks are still showing. There was no conversation or friendly vibes. At the last minute I was told that my bundles needed to be washed and was charged a fee. All of these things could have been avoided if there was proper communication and made sure that the customer has full understanding none of these issues would have happened.just sad that this is how my first sew in experience went :( Show more

I’m sorry about this experience! My vibes were low because I was sick so I apologize for not being as friendly or talkative. I do know people expect a certain personality based on Instagram. Sorry I wasn’t on. However I did communicate with her the night before to let her know all fees reguarding her hair and bundles.. When she came she told me she had already shampooed her hair but not her bundles. I could tell it was done to the best of her ability. However she oiled her sclap. This client appeared to be biracial. Oil in biracial hair will cause it to stick together which is why she had problems with her leave out showing(and I told she would so it would be wise to shampoo the oil out of her leave-out at least) she did not want pay for her hair to be shampooed. I don't require you to wash your bundles but I recommend everyone to do so, if not I can for additional!. As she mentioned, her hair did not blend due to her purchasing 2 packs of beauty supply hair to add to her other 4 bundles because they too were too thin and lacked quality(her words). Also the tips of her natural hair was pre-colored. So if it wasn’t handled before it definitely wouldn't be perfect. She came back next day and I appeased her. The oil was still in the leave out

He was patient with me because when I arriv...ed I added another service and he had the product delivered right away. To be combative & disrespectful to the paying customer everytime there’s a disagreement or something we don’t like, isn’t flattering!! Plus when I boo...k, I’m up charged & my hair isn’t what I asked for. My time is important to me as well & every appointment it’s something new, rather he’s late, taking his time because he is at his home, hasn’t given you a heads up on appt changes or just flat out insulting when asked about an issue. Customer service is a big thing for paying customers & I did not like my experience. Hopefully this helps when choosing your hairstylist! Say what you need to cover your unprofessional ways. But this ain’t the first incident with you but it’s def my last. This last incident is why I wrote a review. I had to go to another city to get my hair redone and she didn’t cut anything off and you need the length for the style but you are the stylist and should know that, and if we were keeping the length like I asked why still cut in my hair and not create the style”if it needs to be cut” your point don’t make sense and for me to pay 200-300 for something I don’t like and have to work with what I have until it grows is the problem! Some stylist cant do what your asking for; so your rt you can’t please everyone but if you couldn’t do it don’t take my money and talk mess to me because you couldn’t deliver! Have a good day sir! To be fair when she came I asked what style and she showed me. Since she’s a repeat client I asked her was she growing her hair out to which she replied yes because she may have her locs reinstalled. I let her know we can we can finesse something similar since since her hair is too long. I finish her hair, she loves and leaves and post all over social media posing and being fine like she is. Next day she text me saying she does not like her hair because it’s not like the photos she showed me. I informed her that we discussed everything prior and that her edges were not as full the ladies she showed me so to do the wavy edges were impossible. I told her that we can fix it by cutting it shorter when she gets back from out of town for FREE to which said ok. Now we cool enough to follow each other on tik tok. So her knowing this she decided to post a tik tok saying “ getting my hair done the right way" and by another stylist . And days later decided to leave this review. Now I thought we had settled at restyling for free so idy why this review and that tik tok post. You can’t please everyone and every client ain’t for everybody

He is a magician. I went in there with dry, fine, and coarse black virgin hair and came out with a healthy beautiful dimensional blonde that perfectly... matches my skin tone. He added so much depth! It is gorgeous. Not to mention, my cut was even better than the picture I showed him. For his level of work, he is worth every penny. Prices are different from what you see posted (just like with any expert colorist.) Be prepared to pay for the level of care and service you receive. My only con was with scheduling but we got it together. I highly recommend his services! Show more

My appointment was scheduled at 10:30am I got a text from Anthony saying he’s running behind can I come at 12:45pm? Ok not a big deal I was able to ad...just my schedule and we agreed on 3pm. Well I got there at 3pm and we didn’t get started until 4pm and my hair wasn’t finished until 8:30pm. Even getting a sew in I thought that was a little slow. My hair came out nice but this is why I won’t be returning, I booked a sew in that was $200 during the middle of my service he takes out the calculator on his phone and says the total is $425. Confused I asked why the change in price. He said that’s for everything the cut, style, and trimming the hair. The booking says nothing about $200 is just to sew the hair on your head and everything else is pretty much an additional charge. I did have to get washed which I anticipated paying maybe $50 more but more than double the price booked yeah he beat me out of my money. Never again!! Show more
