You booked a 5pm appointment with me and showed up early. I told you you're early & that your daughter will be started by an assistant. You don't know my system so to assume I was overbooked because another client is in my chair you're sadly mistaken. Your daughter was placed under a dryer for a glue protective barrier to be set in place so that no glue touches her scalp. Your daughter was placed under a steamer b4 then b/c she has color on her ends & it was very dry but obviously you're not accustomed to premium work that you'd come with lies about $50If only booksy allowed attachments because I never once told you I’m charging you more for anything pertaining to my child. I told you I didn’t charge you what I should’ve why b/c not only did I incorporate 2 styles together to give you the desire style I also took my time to spray& pin curl every curl to better prepare her for tomorrow. Pin curls take time&is an upcharge. Yet you werent charged for that Not only that your daughter & I spoke and she said she's going to nail shop tomorrow &everything is last minute but again you're telling stories to try to destroy a woman that means well. I apologize to you for not 1st having a consultation with you b/c we should’ve touched bases b/c you’re obviously confused. This is the 1st time I’ve ever been disrespected to such an intent by a client being called fat ghetto black& worn out over $50 I promise to be more careful moving forward. I think this energy is misdirected.
