My original time was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time. It took almost 4-hours to complete my loc maintenance, when it normally takes less th...an 2-hours to complete elsewhere. Not cool or appreciated. Stylist was upset that I asked to have the hairdresser cape placed back on me because I didn’t want oil that was being sprayed my hair to drip onto my clothes. I was then told, “it’s done” — in others words no spray at all since I made a polite request. Who wants chemicals on their clothes/fabric — I don’t want hair chemicals on my clothing, especially when there’s clearly a hairdresser cape near to cover me. I’d have to wash grease stains out. Nice person, but not for me! Show more

I normally wouldn't even entertain this kind of energy but you are not being honest. However, You have been reported to the police there are cameras inside the suite. The truth is all the camera footage and I was nothing but professional with you the entire time you are only leaving a bad review because you know you are wrong for receiving a service and running off. You pretend to be zelling me on the way out the door which is pretty sad because no where in your review did you say there was anything wrong with the style. It’s very sad that this is your character and you are a scammer. Then the nerve of you to ask for an additional style that you didn’t book and I still provided it after you showed up with a style in that I had to wait for you to take down and still got you out in 2.5 hours. You were never canceled and rescheduled. I simply explained via text at the time of booking that I was still working on another client and wouldn't be able to get to you until 3pm at which point if the time no longer works for you there was the option to go to another stylist
