This Barber is always very respectful and alwa...ts greets everyone with a welcoming handshake, my grandson responds to him very well. Frank not only cut his hair the way he asked but also styled and Gel and spends extra time rechecking each angel to make sure it was perfect. Frank is definitely a perfectionist and very detail oriented with his artistic and creative style and workmanship.
