The barbers did a pretty good job. With one however, I showed him a picture of a boy's haircut without a fade, but he did a fade anyway. It was well d...one, but the child didn't like it and wanted to wear a hoodie to school to cover it up. Sometimes, we should listen to what someone else wants, even if it is against the norm. I imagine he was just used to fades that day or just wanted to do it his way. My issue is with the cost. The website said 35.00 and didn't mention tax, but with one child, the cost with tax was over 36.00, and with the other child, the cost with tax was over 37.00. Why the difference? "Well we use different payment systems", I was told. Oh, I thought the tax in the same city was supposed to be the same. I guess not. So when I walked in I expected to pay 35.00 per haircut and ended up paying over 36 and over 37. I understand tax but two rates in the same city, for the same services? Perhaps the website and shop should be transparent and say that the cost of your haircut depends on the payment system that each barber is using. This doesn't sound like good, honest business practices to me. They really should be the same. Show more
