The experience from beginning to end was flawless. Xavier cut my hair perfectly exactly how I wanted it. It was super convenient. I booked it ahead of... time. Said what I wanted when I booked it. He already knew what I wanted, and I didn’t have to go through the whole process of explaining what I wanted, which was really nice. This was my first time booking with Xavier. I appreciated that he was ready right at the start of my appointment time and that I didn’t have to wait. ...As a woman going to a barber shop it can be intimidating at times, but I felt very comfortable and all of the barbers were very friendly and welcoming.
