Review I had an appointment for my daughter at 11:15 for a silk press. Drea was with another client and didn't not start washing my daughter until al...most 40 minutes after the start of her appointment. She also had another client to perform maintenance on and had my daughter under the dryer for nearly an hour. After blow drying my daughter she put her back under the dryer she left without notice and did not say anything. In the meantime another one of her clients showed up and she still hadn't returned. I texted her after she had been gone 20 minutes, and when she returned she apologized saying she had to go get food. The initial interaction (booking and her process/procedures) started off wonderfully but that was all tarnished by the in salon and day of experience. This is a prime example of Black business failing due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism. My daughters hair turned out nice but that does not excuse this beyond awful experience. Walked in at 11:15 and did not walk out until 2:53. NEVER AGAIN Show more

Hey love this was literally 3 touch ups later your hair had a lot of new growth and You came to me several times before this I don’t know about this time but your hair is very very different to work with and very and product does not take to your hair very well and other hairstylist who had problems with your hair sorry that it came out like this but it was actually time to take it out I’m really serious about my work and sorry this happened because this is very rare that I have any complaints ladies lace matters hairlines matter as well lace closures is not for everybody Like I said sorrry and it’s crazy cus I did your hair like 5x on top of touch ups and this is the first time you complained I can’t be that bad for you to keep coming back but this time it was time for you you take it out and as a stylist I should have told you but I know how it can be sometimes like I said I’m sorry this happened and hope you find someone who can Work with your hair better than I can 💕
