I came in not knowing what i needed … I had just removed a 2 month weave . The receptionist was so friendly, polite , and help me from the time i came... into the door and even greeting me when i left. The stylist gave her recommendations and without pressure i agreed . She treated my hair with care and patience . She was so gentle i found myself falling asleep lol. This was my first time coming , but I’ll most definitely be back . Location is incorrect on app resulting in me being late. Get there and was told there’s no such thing as an appointment. Staff was kinda nice if you s...peak Spanish. Use grease for the blowdry which is why it’s smoky. After one day it’s back to puffy. Then this site tries to charge a cancellation fee for a no show even when you do make the appointment. Show more

We saw your negative review on our booksy page and decided to further investigate. We reviewed our signing sheets for that day, and we couldn't find your name. We also checked our address on booksy, and it is correct. It seems that you definitely responded to a different location. Our receptionist is bilingual, and all of the owners are as well. I can assure you that you will not have a problem communicating with any of us. We would be more than happy to serve you. Once again; We are located at 217 Eastern Blvd Essex md 21221. We would highly appreciate it if you could update your review on booksy, and yes, we do have a fee for no show as you blocked the time for a potential client.

Second time here…fast service, in and out in 1.5 hr. So far have had stylist Nuny and Silvia for wash and silk press, and trimming ends, they were bot...h very hospitable and nice! The ladies here do great hair and are nice….Will definitely be back! Thanks Show more

I've been bringing my daughter here for years and this is the first time I've ever been extremely disappointed. Usually her hair lasts even through t...he heat but as soon as she stepped outside the next day it was poof as soon as she unwrapped it. Her ends weren't trimmed and wasn't even. Emma usually cares about the condition of split ends. It was also rushed. I hope that we receive better care next time. Show more
