It was not as expected. My appointment was at 8:00, I arrived early and no one was there and no one answered my call. I sent a text to verify that I w...as in the correct location, I did not get a response until 8:40. I was already headed back home because I thought someone was playing games. When I finally spoke to the owner, she offered to do my daughter's hair at a later time, the same day and offered a $30.00 discount. I accepted the discount and went back to the shop at 4pm and there were two women there waiting. I immediately noticed there was NO AIR!!!! I was pouring sweat!! Then they told me that the length for the discounted price was only shoulder length. So I requested for them to be above the waistline and my price was increase the $30.00 which was what I was discounted. Although her hair was braided, it was frizzy in two days and the middle part was staggered in the front. The owner sounded nice but I didn't know she was out of town till the morning of the appointment and that someone I didn't know would be doing the style. I went off reviews on here but was so disappointed in what I actually got. I was later contacted by the owner and informed that my daughter’s hair would be re braided since it was not what I expected but the day I was supposed to take her to get her hair re done, the owner texted and asked if I wanted mornings, afternoon or evening. It was already after 10am. When I told her that it was already late and that she didn’t take her hair down yet, I heard NOTHING BACK! Thank God we didn’t take it down bc I knew she would set us up again. Don’t waste your time or money on this salon. Too Unprofessional!! Show more

I’m so sorry to hear that but you bring your own hair and the hair was a very bad quality you even told me that but that’s what you wanted so I put it on your hair and before you leave you was very happy you even tip me $5 so maybe you went home and try to do something and you mess it up and end up not like it but if you call me I can see what I can do for you.
