The stylist didn’t provide the style I requested- but proceeded to tell me (after the style was completed) the picture of the style I wanted was diffe...rent from what I booked. Kylve is supposed to be the expert, so once she saw the picture & style she should’ve booked the correct style for me. But, because of her inexperience and lack of professionalism she has lost a good customer. I hope this will be a learning experience and she does better in the future. Show more

Hello! I’m so sorry you felt this way about the service i provided. On my end I could've been more clearer about the situation, I don’t do small braids only smedium so I could understandld how you would feel about the hairstyle not being as full as you wanted! Hopefully we can come up with a solution to fix this! My customers are my always my priority!
