This was a very strange appointment from the beginning. I am leaving an honest review of my experience it may have not been others but it is mine. Com...munication is important and the stylist did not communicate very well regarding several aspects. My appointment started an hour after its scheduled time. That is with me arriving 10 mins early. I probably should have canceled the appointment after arriving but I had already driven through morning traffic and made time to be at this appointment. Communication seemed to be with the boyfriend or husband instead of the stylist herself which I didn't know because he texted like a female and didn't make sense until the end of appointment. I brought hair was told it was fine before the appointment. It wasn't until the end of the appointment and my hair was finished she let me know she didn't use the hair I brought after opening the pack. I left something behind she hasn't let me know I left it or said anything when I reached out regarding it. The row of hair close to the neck is braided very tight. This was a home based appointment and about 40% of the appointment the boyfriend/husband was in the room with us which is very strange. The house is not small where it requires all of us to be in one room especially when we don't know each other. I'm not sure if this was some type of domestic issue or what. I still tipped but please do better to provide a better service to your clients. The hair came out okay. But the braids are not even braided all the way down. For all these reasons and some I won't mention I give one star. Show more
