Overpriced for French tips and they got stained the next day from simple chicken which was upsetting. The lines on my French tips are crooked and my n...ails are uneven. My nails were filed down so much they started bending and now everytime I press on them it hurts. Nail tech was very kind and over all was a nice environment but this is my first and last time going. The ladies that work there are very nice. However, 4 times now I have booked an appointment specifically with Katty because she did a great job the ON...E time she did my nails. 3 times that I booked specifically with her, she has passed me off to another person. This last time, I asked to cut my nails, which I assume is a normal thing when you get your nails done and they get long. However, I was charged $5 extra of which I was not made aware of and it is not listed on their services through the booking app. I have never experienced something like this. I would have had no issue with the $5 if they just told me about it. I wish that was the last of it, when I asked to have my nails cut, I also asked to keep the shape and after she shaped one hand, it did not look right so I asked her to just make them square. What a mistake, she made them razor sharp and not one of my nails look the same, I had to then ask to round off the edges so I dont accidently scratch myself with them. They are not straight, they are not the same length from my right hand to my left, and with the Rubber Base Gel Manicure, they are so thick that I wont be able to get my nail under a quarter to pick it up off the ground. I actually enjoy going there and I really like the rubber base manicure however because I can never get my nails done by the person I booked with, I will not be returning. Show more

I needed to pamper myself and a...fter researching many local nail salons I decided to try Layla’s Nails and based on the reviews along with photos of Heidy’s previous nail work I booked my appointment with her. I am so glad I found this lil gem of a salon and Heidy. She was very professional, patient and helpful. My nails came out 💯 percent how I wanted them to be. And the spa pedicure she gave me was sooooooo relaxing, as she took her time ensuring my cuticle and calluses were taken care of. I found my forever nail tech. I highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere is very welcoming and serene. And of course I highly recommend Heidy. Show more
