The service was quick. The style was very similar to the picture, yet the pic called for stitch braids with butterfly braided ends and as you can see ...from picture that’s not what I got . I assumed I did not have to explain due to several pictures on her page of clients with stitch braids but I’ve learned from this experience to be vocal, not assuming and asking to view hair through out the process to ensure I am getting what’s in the picture. I also requested via text that I did not want braids as long but that’s not what I received . I noticed My daughter hair was puffy in the back by the neck area .my daughter shared she liked it and the lady was kind to her so that’s all that matter. I appreciate that she is a proponent for washing hair and including it in the price and I appreciated not being asked to take pictures for social media . I gave her A-star for being kind to my child, A-star for quick service and decent braids. Show more
