The barbershop vibes were amazing, it is nice and clean inside. However my design from HT was not clean. I have longer pieces of hair by my ears, I ha...ve a triangle in my head!!!??? It’s not what I asked for and it was executed poorly. While pictures of his work were great, he lied and said he could do a design. He played in my head and won’t do anything to resolve the issue. I don’t like conflict so I waited until I got him to let him know that it was not what I asked for and if we could do something about it. He said he had already posted my picture on his Instagram and people were already asking for something similar. Then he stopped responding. I will never go to him again. I would give the other barbers a chance, but him? I’m so disappointed and no one should feel that way after a haircut. **Update** After I posted my review, this is how he responded to my boyfriend. If I did not have the correct head shape or hair, he could have let me know. I have gotten numerous designs and I was never told anything of the sorts. It was a simple design and if he cannot adapt to different head shapes he should choose another profession. Show more
