Hard Gel Nails Spa Pedicure

Went for hard gel, after application she filled nails with nail file by hand removing most of the hard gel nail color. When she was done I noticed tha...t most of my nails were missing color because she filed it off. When I was trying to show her she didn’t want to really acknowledge me or look at what I was showing her. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t want to do my pedicure any longer. I was disappointed at how long my nails took only to realize how they looked. Does not take off any skin or cuticle either at all. Isn’t that part of a manicure? I said it in a very quiet professional manner. She reacted so unprofessional and rude asked me why I didn’t want to do the pedicure. I proceeded to show her how my nails were missing color all over and she responded “what does that have to do with getting the pedicure?” I am not a confrontational person and she was acting super hostile and rude. ***Update after reading response: She offered to fix it after treating me with hostility and unprofessionalism. I felt very uncomfortable and at that point just wanted to leave. As I stated in my original review, when I was trying to show her my nails she didn’t even want to look at me or acknowledge the issue. Show more
