This is my first time going to Sweeney Todd’s Barbershop. After going to a previous barber for over 31 years, it was time for a change. Frank was my b...arber and I must say this was my best experience at a barbershop I’ve ever had. I have taken a lot of time to research and find a new barber to cut my hair because I’ve very picky when it comes to my hair and only want the best barbershop cutting my hair. I decided to give Sweeney Todd’s Barbershop a try after seeing so many great reviews and recommendations and they over exceeded my expectations and my barber Frank killed it. Frank was awesome and did an amazing job. Sweeney Todd’s is the best barbershop in Delco. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW BARBERSHOP!!!! I will definitely be going back. Shout out to Sweeney Todd’s Barbershop! Not great. We've been to Sweeney Todd's a few times and used to go to John T. for our son's haircut. Our son is autistic but high functioning—sometime...s haircuts can be challenging for him sensory wise. Working with John T. was awesome, he was very calming to our son and patient. He was like the child haircut whisperer. Unfortunately, John T. was not available for our recent visit (or maybe he no longer works there!?) Our most recent experience with a new barber wasn't awesome. The cut wasn't as good as before and it was obvious to our child and my husband he was annoyed. We get it, cutting children's hair is a pain in the ass, especially a child that is struggling, that's why we are paying YOU to do it. Have some f*cking grace. Don't put yourself available for a child's haircut service if you can't be inclusive and handle a child that is scared or struggling. Show more

I am sorry you were unhappy with your son's haircut. I did my best to make it a tolerable experience for him given the cut requested. I'm patient with all children and understand experiences can be more challenging than others.
