Second and last time booking with Ciya. First appointment was cool, though she was late, I excused it. Second time, not so much. So I asked the questi...on, are you willing to accommodate me for the inconvenience? She said no, which is her choice. It is also my choice to find a better service provider that values time management and customer care. I know if I were late all the time, my service could be refused or in some cases, charged a late fee. Not sure why I’m receiving text about being double-booked, but it just proves my point even further. Would not recommend. Show more
