So I’ve booked a few times because they honestly do an okay job for the price they give for a retwist. You can’t beat the price. But the saying you ge...t what you pay for is very evident here. While seeming like a really nice person when spoken too, it is very unprofessional the way you and your stylist handle your appointments. I book for 4 heads. My husband and my 3 boys. This is the 3rd time I’ve booked and I had my teenage child drive from Smithfield Virginia to Portsmouth and you’re a no call no show. The last time you cancelled my appointment and I had to practically run you down to get my sons hair done so you sent him To Hampton. The time before that you didn’t call and you didn’t show up. That’s super super unfair and unprofessional. Unfortunately it will be our last time booking. Show more
