Hi thank you for responding and sharing your experience. I’m sorry you were uncomfortable during and I wish I would have known. Especially as you have seen me prior to this appointment and I thought we would have that communication maybe before this post was made. Though your experience is your experience and I thank you for sharing. Maybe in the future; if you’re uncomfortable please speak up, especially if I ask you if you’re okay? Or if you need a break? I truly care about all of my clients and would have loved to maybe come up with a plan to make your appointment more comfortable. I had a lot of clients who are tenderheaded and we make a plan so I best work with them and then their comfort levels! Some examples are; we use your own styling tools, blow dry each section as we go especially for thicker/ kinkier hair as hair tends to revert back/ styling while slightly damp or what ever else that may work for you! Just maybe a suggestion for going forward with booking with other people.
