The overall experience was great, I have no complaints. I let her know what I wanted over iMessage, I showed up, and everything went smoothly. She was... very friendly and accommodating, and she doesn’t mind if you have someone sit through the appointment. We made good conversation, there were no bad vibes, and I’m very pleased with the final result. The parts are exactly as I wanted, and she provided a list of care instructions for my locs. Not only did she do a good job, but she also educated me on the maintenance required for my hair. Considering the quality of the work, the price was reasonable. Overall, I would rate it a 10/10.
