I booked Kayy for my son’s first day of school, which also happened to be picture day. Excellent customer service! I texted her the day before the app...ointment with a few questions, and she promptly responded. Kayy braided my son’s hair pretty fast. The braids are so neat and clean. We will most definitely be returning. Five stars! Show more

She did a good job with braids, but the design wasn't much similar to what i requested. Plus, she pulled my hair out, trying to comb it with a fine to...oth comb. That doesn't work on our hair. So now my hair is damaged worse than before i walked in. The appointment wasn't on point, and she really isn't too honest about keeping her appointment time. I had to wait almost 3 hours past Appointment time to get braided. If not a regular, i wouldn't recommend coming here to prep for a function. I'm speaking for the fellas. It's not worth your money. The pictures look nice, but service really isn't worth it fellas Show more

Kayla did great on my hair, I’d be returning.
She did my daughter's hair. The style i got was NOT the style that i wanted. And then she talked crazy AF to me saying I just didn't want to pay her f...ee! I'll post pics if my daughter's hair so y'all know I'm not lying. She's someone that'll probably be good at singles MAYBE, but definitely not french/feed-ins/stitch braids at all. Very unpleasant attitude, very unprofessional person! Do not recommend. Show more
