Royalty barbershop

Good evening Ira, At royalty barbershop we always strive to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to all of ourr customers. When you came into the shop that day, you disruptively and rudely claimed that you only had 20$ in cash and told me that if I wasn't able to accept that, you would reschedule (which you insisted on) and come back when you had the rest which I had no issue with, I can always have you come back and pay off the remaining 10$. I offered to cover the 2$ atm fee(which is the cheapest fee in Huntington), there are approximately 7 different atm machines in the Huntington village in accredited banks such as Chase,Bank of America, Jovia Etc..all within walking distince of the barbershop. you told me it was the principle which makes no sense. You were very rude and acted like I owed you something. This is not a way to act, if you would have asked me politely if you can come back next time and paid the remainder I would have kindly granted that, ask anybody in town who knows me. In general as a customer, you are very rude. You can go to whichever barbershop you’d like, your buisness is no longer accepted at my barbershop, and by the way you have not had one positive thing to say about the previous 6 times you’ve come which shows your overall negative outlook not only in my barbershop but in life.
