I had the best experience with Kim. I selected the gold scalp package and it was amazing. Kim explained what the products were and checked frequently ...to make sure the water temp and pressure were okay. My hair is super soft and I will definitely come back for more treatments. I’ve been looking for a hair/head place like this for a while and I am so glad one opened up close to home! Show more

Heard about fitz hair studio on tik tok for japanese head spa care and i had to try them out. Danielle was my tech today & she was absolutely amazing!... It was very relaxing. Very happy with services recieved! Well worth the price for sure. Will definately be returning. The staff is friendly, the studio is very clean and has a welcoming feeling to it when you enter as well! Show more

The scalp spa treatment is not worth it at all, for the service provided should cost $40-80. I feel the providers are not professionals. During the sc...alp treatment I wasn’t even provided with an explanation what my scalp is like, it lasted a second when camera was placed on my scalp and that’s it. I am a massage therapist and the scalp massage I received was terrible! I got literally pet on a head, no friction, full scalp was not focused on only the top part and the service provider had long nails and it pulled on hair and was very uncomfortable. If you provide body services nail extensions should not be accepted, very very bad. Will never come back, save your money and don’t go there. Show more

Had the best experience at Fitz for the head spa experience. I messaged Kim before scheduling to make sure it was ok for me to do this. I had been wan...ting to since seeing videos of it online, but had brain surgery 6 months ago, so just wanted to make sure it was ok (even with my surgeon clearing me) in her opinion since it is head focused, I was hoping it would be because my head has been so itchy since my surgery. I was able to schedule and even though we talked about it beforehand Kim was so kind making sure I was comfortable and telling me throughout the treatment to tell her if anything was bothering my scar. It felt so nice, and my head feels so good for the first time in months! Will definitely be back! Show more

Don’t walk, run and make your appointment for the scalp spa!!! I can’t even describe to you how amazing this experience was. I am a busy working mom w...ho needed a moment to put herself first and be pampered. I was pleasantly surprised that the scalp analysis was included as it helped me understand my my scalp health. Then, I was laying under a heated blanket and received scalp massages, red light therapy, and then the steam treatment with the arm and shoulder massage plus the fantastic hair products that left my hair so soft and shiny, I was the epitome of relaxed. Then…..when I thought my appointment was over and I couldn’t possibly be more relaxed, I was able to sit under the hair dryer with a foot massager, snacking on some wine and cheese. It. Was. The.
