Unfortunate I have to write this review. I’ve been coming here for years now. This is now the 4th time of no show, no call. The final straw with me wa...s yesterday, I texted Deena the manager who has her read receipts on stating i had a 4 pm appointment. She read it , and didn’t respond. I waited 30 minutes no show. It’s a shame because Moe truly does great haircuts, but I’m not going to keep showing up to no one being there. Show more

I booked an appointment for Saturday morning at 10:00. I showed up to the barbershop being dark and the door being locked. I continued to wait outside... for the next 15 minutes. I called the phone number and got no answer. Not sure why I was able to book an appointment if the shop was closed. Also the owner of the shop should have really checked the appointments and reached out if they were going to be closed. Show more
