Appointment was made well in advance for 10am for extended loc 2 stand twists. Arrived for my appointment on time and somebody was in the chair, not o...nly that but it looked as if she was no where near done. Second issue was the fact that I was asked what I booked upon entering and then notified the day of that I must buy my own hair. No where on the site or even in confirmation/reminder emails was I notified that I was to buy this. I was sent to the beauty supply and returned with the wrong item, once again I was asked to go BACK and the correct item. It is now around 10:45 and my hair hasn’t even been started. If my appt is for 10am I need to be sat at 10, and the miscommunication on what is needed for my appt was ridiculous. Won’t be booking again. Show more

I had two appointments scheduled. One was for my daughter at 8am and one for myself at 9:30. I showed up at 7:58. She said she was finishing up someon...e else and would text when she was ready. After sitting in the parking lot with my daughter for an hour I decided to leave. I didn’t get a text until almost 11 telling me she was ready. No apologies or anything. Show more
