Been going to Juliet for some years and this was the first time I was disappointed. She’s getting busy which is great but the quality of work is decr...easing. First she had her assistant braid me (I hate 2 people in my hair) then when she came back the braids were done wrong and she had to take them out and do them over. Also, unfortunately I hated my hair. She purchased a cheap quality crochet hair therefore my style looked nothing like my request. I was disappointed because I have always had a good experience here and usually love my hair! Show more

I have been coming to Bow Salon for years. It is always professional and quick. More recently, Juliet has added a lash tech among other services which... I have been eager to try just because I have been so throughly pleased with all of her other work. I came in for my appointment (late-sorry) and Bri or Bre still took me and did my lash set. She was quick and efficient and made my lashes look absolutely amazing. She did exactly what I asked for and asked me questions throughout the process so that the end result would match my expectations. I have been getting so many compliments on my lashes and everyone is asking how I grew my natural lashes and what serums I use. 10/10 would recommend, and Bow Salon just has an amazing atmosphere that makes you want to keep returning. I loved almost everything about my experience here. Jill was very sweet! We had a brief consult before to discuss exactly what I wanted, I appreciate ...that she discloses final price upfront so that there’s no surprises at the end. She had many options for hair colors and even offered to go to the store if she didn’t have what I wanted. My braids initially came out perfect. My parts were straight, my braids even in size, the color blend, the length everything was perfect. My only issue is that I paid extra for human hair and I don’t think that’s what I got. I know that goddess braids tangle and shed, that’s to be expected but this is a lot. It was so full with extra little curly hair when I left the shop and now it look stringy and frizzy and matted a week later . I think the curly hair was probably a blend instead of 100% human hair just because of how it’s acting. It just sucks because this was my birthday/vacation hair and it’s already messed up before I even leave 🥲 I would still go back and even recommend to other people , I just have to be more clear on exactly what I want next time Show more

I recently got smedium knotless braids done at Bow Salon over the weekend, and I must say, I was incredibly impressed with both the speed and result. ...Since relocating to Boston, finding a braider who delivers on their promises has been a challenge for me. However, the stylist at Bow Salon exceeded my expectations with their efficiency and attention to detail. I'm still amazed at how quickly they worked while maintaining such high quality.
