Honestly, I thought my experience at this salon was terrible. My silk press turned out oily and greasy so it won’t preserve well. I didn’t like the at...mosphere of the shop as it was very cluttered and didn’t feel clean. And to top it off, I was overcharged at the end of the service unexpectedly. I walked into the service thinking I would pay $50 as advertised on the booking site. The stylist offered me a trim which I obliged thinking it would be a regular upcharge of about $15. When she finished the service, I asked her how much to send out of being polite, and she quoted me $165. I let her know that this was way more than I expected to pay. She only lowered the price to $135 and said she couldn’t lower any further. If the site mentions an amount of $50, should I be expected to send more? She said that I have a lot of my hair (my hair is short but thick) and claimed that trims cost much more than $15. I felt very taken advantage of and slighted by this experience because it wasn’t worth the luxury price she charged at all. It’s unprofessional to not honor the fees and guidelines on your booking site, and honestly, I think I deserve a reimbursement for the difference in the fee I paid vs. what was advertised. I also wasn’t offered a receipt to break down the costs of what the trim supposedly costed to justify the amount charged. On a positive note, I will say the stylist was friendly and nice. Show more

I disagree, when u left u were very satisfied. U said "wow I looks good. U said the last person didn't do it as sleek. U also said u didn't get silk presses that often. As far as the price, I explained in full detail. And I also took money off. U have long hair. I took my time and deep conditioned it, treated as well and gave u nice trim. U said tge person before me did not do a good job, which they didn't. Or it had been that long. Sorry you feel this well. I also told to if u have any problems yo call. U were happy and satisfied . Three days later u send bad review. I'm not hurt by this at all. Ur were satisfied. U left happy.. I'm a good stylist. And I will continue to b one. Thanks for rge review and u enjoy ur day.
