Sorry that you feel this way and my apologies that you had a minor wait. We are a very busy salon and on weekends it’s typical to sometimes have a wait… On the other hand not only were you greeted but were also offered drink options (of which you took advantage ) and made comfortable. On the other hand our entire establishment has cameras, footage is available for viewing if you have any questions about the level of service that was provided...

Hi as discussed before, you have the exact cut however you asked for an invisible part instead of and illusion part which would cause the hair to fall towards your face; you also bought a cheaper Silky texture of hair which does not provide the fullness as the more course texture does. I really wish that you would have expressed your concerns prior to leaving opposed to smiling and thanking me for a job well done. On the other hand, you’ve been refunded your deposit there is no install fee to refund as I gifted the install to you for free to show my appreciationd to you and Big Bro.
