I had an amazing experience. 1. I arrived 20 mins earlier than my scheduled time (I wanted to account for possible traffic so I booked a later appoint...ment) and was more than willing to wait, but Javier kindly packed away his lunch, offered to make me a coffee, and happily got me situated to begin the appointment. 2. During the consultation he was patient as I explained my desired outcome for the haircut and identified right away, a solution, while also providing me options. 3. Very precise and has great attention to detail. My gripe with previous professionals was a common one, and that was a lack of recognizing symmetry, ultimately leading to sloped hairlines and push-backs on one side or the other. 4. His friend and business partner was also very kind, entertaining, and would translate cultural differences between us, creating a light atmosphere leading to many moments of tear-inducing laughter. I was extremely pleased and my wife doubly approved, commenting that I’d be ready for modeling (which I’ve done in the past) and I’d definitely keep Javier at the top of the list of who I’d go to before any professional gigs. I drove from Queens and plan to do it again. Overall, I appreciate your service, expertise, hospitality, and patience among other things and look forward to being a regular! I didn’t get any photos, but he did capture some so I appreciate making the portfolio! ⚔️🥷🏼 —- Tuve una experiencia increíble. 1. Llegué 20 minutos antes de la hora programada (quería tener en cuenta el posible tráfico, así que reservé una cita más tarde) y estaba más que dispuesto a esperar, pero Javier amablemente empacó su almuerzo, se ofreció a prepararme un café y felizmente me situó para comenzar la cita. 2. Durante la consulta, fue paciente, ya que le expliqué mi resultado deseado para el corte de pelo e identifiqué de inmediato una solución, al mismo tiempo que me proporcionaba opciones. 3. Muy preciso y tiene una gran atención al detalle. Mi queja con los profesionales anteriores era una común, y esa era una falta de reconocimiento de la simetría, lo que en última instancia conducía a líneas de cabello inclinadas y retrocesos en un lado u otro. 4. Su amigo y socio de negocios también era muy amable, entretenido y traducía las diferencias culturales entre nosotros, creando una atmósfera ligera que conducía a muchos momentos de risa que provoca lágrimas. Estaba extremadamente satisfecho y mi esposa aprobó doblemente, comentando que estaría listo para modelar (lo cual he hecho en el pasado) y definitivamente mantendría a Javier en la parte superior de la lista de a quién iría antes de cualquier concierto profesional.
