Making a appointment is useless!!!! Appointment wad at 4:30 , and we got there at 4:12 and was 5:30 before ever got in the chair!!!!

If I had the option to put down Zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment at 430. Showed up about 10 mins prior and as soon as I walked in, a you...ng man asked if I had an appointment and I responded with Yes, with Adrian. The man then said oh well he’s about to leave and so I said I’ll just take whomever and sat down. Turns out Adrian was the only one working and there was another gentleman standing. I thought he was cutting hair too but he was leaving as well and as soon as he left, the man who greeted me said “man he’s so annoying. He said we could get off at 430” (website says they close at 5pm) At that point, I felt bad because they were supposed to get off early and then I realized he lied to me when he said Adrian was about to leave just so that I wouldn’t stay for my appointment. So that was strike one. Didn’t get seated till about 445-450 and as soon as I was about to sit, the young man told Adrian he better hurry up. That’s strike two. From there, I just asked for something quick because I was ready to go. I felt so bad for holding them up that’s all I kept thinking about in the seat because I hate being that customer. While getting the haircut, the young man kept stopping Adrian with questions about cars, showing something off his phone, etc which prolonged the haircut and I was already wanting to go because of what he said. So that was strike three. Adrian did the best he can do to cut my hair but I’m not pleased with the way he cut it. I only accepted itbecause I wanted to just get out the shop. Will not ever return to this barber shop. Show more

Second visit. Definitely not the last! So wife requested my beard be trimmed differently. I was trying to fade new beard length with haircut. The tri...mmer guard came loose and I scalped the area right in front of my ear. I went online and made an appointment for an hour later and went in.. Alex fixed my mistake and trimmed my beard It was first time I ever had the hot towel/straight razor treatment . Just like the movies! Both times I have used them the wife loved the haircut.
