Hello , I apologize that you are not satisfied your haircut. You mentioned the top was uneven and split, but I left the top untouched. I showed you the mirror and asked if you wanted me to trim the top, and you replied with no. If you had any problem with the way it looked, I would've been more than happy to fix that. It was my first time cutting your hair and communication is important in achieving the look you desire, especially since it was your first visit here. As for using the 'electric razor' on your hair length, I used a method called clipper over comb to remove excess bulk that was overhanging from the top to the side of your head. Those overhanging hairs were covering the taper and needed to be trimmed to give you look you had mentioned you wanted. The uneven hair strands were from what you mentioned to me was a grown out perm you previously had. Quality is most important to me and I try to show that with all my work.
