This salon is women owned and operated by Bae Duong. Never in my life have I had a nail technician this dedicated to quality. Bae is an incredibly ski...lled nail technician. Her business is built on quality not quantity and it shows. She listens to EXACTLY what you want and delivers every time. I am a perfectionist - and this woman may be more so than I am. Every time I would go to a salon in the past I always walk out somewhat dissatisfied. Either the nail tech missed a spot, or the gel was uneven, or I had a bleeding cuticle, or my overlay of product on my nail would separate from the nail with in a week. These types of outcomes don't happen here. Always perfect painted polish- INCREDIBLE French manicure perfectly executed by hand, and I feel so relaxed because she desires so strongly for you to have a great outcome. The salon itself is modern, relaxing and beautiful. She encourages you to speak up if you prefer something different and want something changed. You guys- RUN DONT walk to make an appointment. Look up- "nails" "Bexquisite" "Chattanooga Tn". Easy to book also. For all you girlies who love perfect manicure everyone with a relaxing environment- She has drinks to share, good music and great conversation. I've always dreaded the time it takes to get a manicure where you sit there awkwardly and stare at a TV. Those days are gone. Bae is the girl. Very reasonably priced as well!
