Kory is one of the most conscientious barbers I’ve ever had. He looks intently at your hair as he’s cutting like he’s looking for every opportunity to... make it better. He’s unhurried which I really appreciate. I’ve had hair cuts (recently) where the barber spent 15 minutes running clippers over my head and still charged me $40. I’m getting what I pay for with Kory, maybe more. And I look as good when I come back as I did when I left. That’s the sign of a good barber. Show more

Kory is a very thoughtful, intentional barber. He makes sure he understands exactly what you want and is willing to making changes along the process. ...He really takes his time with his craft and charges a fair price, which is not something I can say about other barbers I’ve seen in Seattle where they rush it and charge you out the wazoo. And as a queer non-binary person, this barbershop is where I feel most comfortable walking into as they are welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. They usually play classic movies on the TV and the barbers are super chill, laidback, kind people. I appreciate Kory and rest of the Roosevelt and Barbershop crew! Show more
