Great person overall but my hair wasn’t close to what I wanted and she waited till she was finished to tell me the hair was to thin . Than I had to wa...it because she didn’t know I booked an appointment on here , so two people where ahead of me . It was just unorganized and rushed it felt like . Show more

I apologize for your experience. Still learning to combine my google calendar and Booksy calendar together and sometimes Saturdays are booked at a max. Although, you did provide your own hair and I did mention I was not familiar with the brand you had brought. I'm very happy we decided to do a quick weave instead because of how thin the hair wefts were. With a sew in, you would have had to run out and buy another pack for fullness. I absolutely appreciate your feedback and promise to do better with these schedules.
