Came in with starter locks.... And designs. Left with combed out twist. Lines undefined. Just the worst ever.....Complete waste of time and money. ... Literally fell out from steam in the shower when i got home thirty minutes later. If i could give a negative 6 I would. Show more

I’m only giving a 2 because the hair wasn’t bad! The total was higher than I expected at the end, so I asked for an itemized breakdown of the services.... They (Kess) immediately became defensive and told me “nobody is trying to cheat you” and cut me off each time I tried to repeat the services back to them, by saying “no you’re confused” (which should have been rectified had they let me finish speaking). I understand that it may be frustrating when a customer asks for a breakdown of cost, but there is no excuse to become argumentative, cut your customer off, and a hot head when asked this. They got mad at me for not understanding, when the purpose of asking was to understand lol. Not once did I imply that they were trying to cheat me - i was simply trying to understand (which by the way, I was correct in the math, despite them trying to gas light me). I was very courteous in my inquiry. I paid additional money for additional length, so I was asking how this was factored into my final total given that it wasn’t originally reflected by my deposit. It was a valid question to ask, but I guess this is a great way to make them angry 🤷🏿‍♀️ the braids aren’t even good enough for them to be $280 for 3 hours, but that’s just my opinion. A good business would be very clear with their prices, but not sure they know what that means. Show more

I've been to them twice now and I love the services. I live in Houston but travel to Dallas frequently. I've stopped getting my hair done in Houston b...ecause this salon really does a great job. They are very honest about what styled will and won't work for your hair and that's something I appreciate. Show more

They keep you waiting for hours. They spend more time telling you what they not going to do, instead of doing what you ask. They are rude.
First time here and I really enjoyed my experience. Very nice people‼️
They do a good job. You can bring them a photo of the style you want so they are flexible.
What an amazing place. The ladies in the shop have an awesome professionalism! They really care about there clients and go the extra mile. What can I ...say! At the end of the day they are my new go to for braids!!!! Show more
